We make all of our own cabinets.
They are bolted on side walls and all cabinets are screwed in (and not stapled), which is extremely secure.
A 200 pound person can hang from our cabinets and overheads. |
We make all of our own floors. Our floors are OSB 3/4 inch fully screwed into the steel chassis.
Our floors are covered with a single sheet of congoleum linoleum that covers the entire length of the floor

|
Our roofs are trussed with steel clasps and arched to add strength. The roof is screwed in with 3" screws. It's covered with 3/8 inch OSB from front to back... a full walk on roof. The OSB sheets are then covered with Dicor single sheet rubber roof with 10 year warranty. |
We make our own walls using 2" x 2" lumber, not the typical 1" x 2" lumber used by the competition.
We also use .040 steel side wall material for better structural security and not the cheaper .030 thickness, as is once again used by the competition.. |
|
|
We make our own ramps! Our ramp has 3 large 1,000 pound ratted hinges and not the small piano hinge used by competition. The ramp is covered with 3/4 inch OSB sheets and screwed in. The ramp is made thicker so it can be insulated internally. It can handle 2,000 pounds. Our rrailers are built as "Toy" Haulers for quades, bikes, 4 wheelers and many other items |
Our chassis are made to our specifications by Alko Steel & Dexter Chassis Group.
The Chassis and wall structures are bolted to the frame using 3 inch 1/2 inch lag bolts.
Some competitors use 2x3 or 2x4 steel chassis to cut back on costs when building their chassis. Our 19' - 28' trailers use 2x6 tube chassis and 2x6 I-Beam to insure rigidity
